The Inola Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit corporation that is funded primarily through its membership dues and donations. Our overall objective is economic development and helping businesses prosper. It is a visionary group wanting to foster quality economic growth while maintaining its caring country atmosphere for the citizens of Inola. The Chamber will always strive to encourage, inform and support the membership on current and future economic development and municipal issues. As a small town, we will always support and encourage the local leadership helping them whenever possible. The Chamber meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Chamber sponsors an Annual Christmas Parade, complete with floats and Santa Claus the first Saturday in December of every year. Also, at the beginning of each year the Chamber sponsors an annual banquet, complete with a keynote speaker. The Chamber continues to work with town officials to encourage the improvement of infrastructure to entice new businesses and residents. |
